Blueberry and banana smoothie with flax seed

 

 

Smoothies are healthy snack or liquid breakfast that is so easy to prepare.

 

What you need:

 

1 cup of blueberry yoghurt

1 medium size banana

2 tbsp. golden flaxseed

 

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it less than 5minutes. Transfer the smoothie in a drinking glass.

 

Perfect as breakfast or afternoon quick snack.
