Perfect for summer! Impress your guest with the ice crystal on watermelon granita with lemon and sweetener.

4 cups chopped watermelon, deseeded

3 tbsp. honey (for vegan, replaced with muscovado sugar)

Lemon juice from ½ slice of lemon

1 cup Mineral or spring water


  1. Using blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour liquid into a shallow container and freeze for 4hours.
  3. Using fork, fluff the semi-frozen mixture until it resembles crystal beads texture.
  4. Freeze again for 6-8hours.
  5. To serve, fluff with a fork.
